Headquartered in beautiful Coconut Creek, Florida, Sunhine Contract Manufacturing Services (CMS) is a privately-held subsidary of Component Trader L.L.C.
Sunshine CMS provides electronic manufacturing services and solutions to support a wide variety of requirements and demands to cater to multiple market segments.
Our capabilities include printed circuit board assembly, custom system & large scale integration, and custom electronic component manufacturing. We also offer a complete line of design, engineering, and prototyping services.
Our state-of-the-art facilities and knowledgeable staff allow customers to improve their time to market and manufacturing flexibility, reduce inventory accountability, and eliminate non value added processes as well as simplify their supply chain. Sunshine operates facilities in North America, Europe, and the Pacific with over 600,000 square feet of production, assembly and storage.

Services
Engineering and Design:
Our experienced team of electronic engineers provide accelerated product design in order to expedite production for on time deliveries. We offer our customers complete solutions from concept to volume manufacturing. Our knowledgeable staff works closely with customers to ensure design functionality and accurate CAD drawings making product realization closer than ever!
Systems Manufacturing:Sunshine provides a full range of sub-assembly and final system level integration complemented with a wide variety of testing solutions. Maintaining substantial floor capacity, Sunshine creates customized manufacturing solutions from inline high velocity manufacturing processes to dedicated work cells for more complex electro-mechanical manufacturing.
Within the systems area, Sunshine has demonstrated multiple successful custom replenishment programs including Kanban, Dock to Stock and Dock to Floor programs for a variety of customers.
Utilizing our robust and highly flexible information system, Sunshine provides build to order (BTO) and configure to order (CTO) expertise in high mix upper level and final level assembly programs.
Utilizing a highly tuned facility layout, Sunshine delivers production rate efficiency with the highest quality translating to increased competitive advantage, profitability and product quality for our customers.
Printed Circuit Board Assembly:Sunshine quality and cost effective printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) operations are designed to meet a high mix of product lines with varied volume and complexity.
Flexible by design with scale-able on-demand manufacturing processes, Sunshine has created a lean manufacturing environment for PCBA assembly that in most cases, accomplishes completed assemblies in a single day.
At the front end, process validation occurs on our 3-D solder paste deposition equipment before products are launched on any one of our ten surface mount (SMT) lines. At the back end, each line is equipped with automatic optical inspection (AOI) for enhanced quality inspection.
Custom Component Solutions and Adapters:
Sunshine CMS designs, develops, and produces custom component adapters which allow customers to cross reference components by using our adapters which have the abilities to convert pin and lead parameters including count and layout as well as component package types. RoHS
We at Sunshine Contract Manufacturing Services take active measures to adhere to the strict environmental requirements and guide lines that are continuously being implemented in the electronic industry. Here at Sunshine CMS we strive to meet the specific requirements of our customers while maintaining RoHS compliance. RoHS – The Restriction of Hazardous Substances was enacted by the European Union on July 1st of 2006. The requirements prohibit these main substances: lead (Pb), cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated bi-phenyls, and polychlorinated diphenyl ethers.The only exceptions to the RoHS requirements are military and medical applications. We guarantee all of our product and promise to do our best to meet our customers specific needs.
